Prosecutor Smith is going to jail!

Let me start by saying, the unconditional love I receive from my boys and Jessica is a gift from God. I am a very devout catholic and firmly believe God has a plan for all of us. As you will see, I hope you will help Jessica get through any improper behavior.

Jessica has always been a Daddy’s Girl. When she was nine to eighteen months, she would clutch onto me. When my wife approached us, she would push ‘Mommy’ away. We all thought this was funny.

When Jessica was 2 and a half to 3, Jessica started to give me ‘romantic’ kisses and more. She:

1. Gave me open mouth kisses on my closed lips, I stopped her.
2. Stuck her tongue in my ear, I stopped her.
3. Gave me open mouth kiss on my neck (where I could get a hickey), I stopped her
4. Nibbled on my earlobe, I stopped her.

Each time I told her, “Little girls don’t do that with their Daddy.”

I did not stop her from ‘tongue touching’. We would both stick our tongues out, touch only for an instant, moan from the taste, and laugh and laugh. I remember doing this with my brother once, when I was little, and did not consider it sexual. Missy knew what we were doing and thought it was OK. At my mother in law’s objection, we stopped.

When Jessica was three or four, Missy pointed out to me that Jessica was ‘hanging’ (masturbating) on the poles at the playground. I asked Missy if she was sure that was what she was doing and she said “… yes I am sure, she (Jessica) even says it feels good.” I asked her to teach Jessica to not do it in public. I did not see this behavior again for nearly a year.

August 2, 2009: Missy was attempting to get Jessica to play outside. She offered to play two different games, games she liked very much, but Jessica still rejected Missy’s pleas. Missy then offered to let Jessica “… hang on my leg …”. Jessica immediately agreed, shot up, and enthusiastically left for the pool. I meant to talk to Missy about it, but forgot it. I still had only a few incidents of peculiar behavior.

Missy keeps trying to convince me that ‘hang on my leg’ is an innocent game. I never believed that due to the reaction of Jessica when it was offered. On August 9, 2009, we were in my in-law’s pool. Missy offered to demonstrate how innocent it is. Missy rolled back and offers her leg, Jessica got tremendously excited, had an ecstatic smile and wrapped firmly around Missy’s leg. Jessica pulled her knees up to her chest, and looked half her size. The clear arousal Jessica demonstrated infuriated me.  I could not even look at my wife for more than a second.

A few minutes later, I offer to let Jessica hang on my leg, ONLY AS A TEST, I WOULD HAVE STOPPED HER. Jessica gives me a very peculiar look, informing me she is not allowed to play the game with Daddy. The look was like I was asking an improper question.

A few minutes after that, I saw Jessica desperately ‘hanging’ on the handrail, trying to get aroused. I pulled her to the side, told her good little girls do not do that where other people can see her. She was VERY DISSAPOINTED and gave Daddy the saddest of sad looks.

Later, on August 24, 2009, Jessica was at the playground. She was sliding down the pole and informed me: ‘… Daddy, look I am sliding, not hanging.’ I am so proud of my little girl and love her with all my heart and soul. She clearly knows the difference between ‘hanging’ and ‘sliding’.

Later that night at Taco Bell, Jessica complained about going to see the ‘nice lady.’ She said it was boring. I sympathized with her and instructed her to talk about everything and she would not have to go much more. MISSY WOULD NOT GIVE JESSICA THE SAME ADVICE TO TALK ABOUT EVERYTHING.

I suspect Missy and her Mother are coaching Jessica not to talk about “hanging”. I can’t get anything out of her. CPS could not get anything out of her either.(In retrospect, they only asked a few questions, and when Jessica got nervous and tense, abruptly cut off the interview.) I hope you can find if Missy and her Mom are coaching her to hide her behavior with ‘mommy’.

Additionally, Hugh, my nine-year-old son, has said Jessica has hung on his leg and put her hand on his genital. He came up with this all on his own, I am fairly certain he didn’t hear any of Missy and my conversations. My 11-year-old son, who is extremely bright and observant, had no idea what might be going on.

Please believe me when I say I am only looking for Jessica’s best interest. I believe God is watching me and wants me to conduct this in a caring and not malicious way. I hope it comes over as such. I need help myself and that is why I am seeing Mary. I think Malcolm and Suzie need more, and Missy needs much, much more.

I caught Jessica masturbating on an object in my home office on October 4, 2009. Told her not to do it where anyone could see her.

Jessica nibbled on my earlobe and gave me a wet kiss on the neck on October 18, 2009. Told her not to do that with Daddy on both occasions.
